Waypoint Transportation Agency LLC provides reliable non-emergency medical transportation, ensuring clients arrive at their appointments safely and on time. Join our team and play a vital role in supporting our operations and delivering excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities :
Client Communication :
Communicate trip details, including pickup times and driver information. Address and resolve client inquiries, changes, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Driver Support :
Assign trips to drivers and provide all necessary details. Act as the main point of contact for drivers during trips to address issues or route changes.
Data Entry & Record-Keeping :
Accurately input trip details, client information, and updates into scheduling software. Maintain organized records of completed trips and pending schedules.
Operational Coordination :
Monitor daily operations to ensure on-time performance and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the management team to optimize scheduling processes.
Qualifications :
Experience & Skills :
Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a similar administrative role (preferably in non-emergency medical transportation or taxi service trip scheduling). Proficient in MS Office, scheduling software (TripMaster), and vehicle tracking systems (Verizon Connect). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in transportation or logistics is a plus).
Other Requirements :
Familiarity with local geography and transportation routes. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or as needed.
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
