Technicians will help ensure an autonomous vehicle fleet is safe, operational, and ready for daily testing and service operations in the Las Vegas area. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and equipment, perform software and hardware checks, manage charging and readiness documentation, and support vehicle and equipment logistics. Assist with incident response and vehicle recovery, support spare parts inventory, and provide hands-on technical assistance to BaseOps technicians. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and technology, solving problems, and taking ownership in a hands-on environment. Requirements 2+ years of automotive, mechanical, electrical, aviation, military, or technical experience Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, or repairs Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments Tech-savvy and able to follow software/hardware procedures Strong attention to safety, detail, and documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Calm under pressure Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Excellent attention to detail Team-oriented and collaborative Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety, quality, and following procedures Ability to work varying shifts when necessary and travel to other local sites when necessary Valid Driver's License Can pass a criminal background check, drugscreen and have a clean Motor Vehicle Report Shift Differentials will be offered for weekend work as follows per shift. Shifts will be assigned after 4 weeks of onsite paid training.

5% extra an hour on weekends (Sat & Sun) 2nd
Shift:
5% extra an hour on weekdays and 7% extra an hour on weekends (Sat & Sun) 3rd
Shift:
7.5% extra an hour on weekdays and 10% extra an hour on weekends (Sat & Sun)
Pay:
$34.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
