In this role, you'll ensure accurate inventory management, support kitting and lineside delivery, execute milk-run operations, and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts. You will play a key role in maintaining warehouse efficiency and providing excellent service to internal customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment. As an Operations Logistics Associate, you'll: Manage warehouse material flow processes to and from the dock, production, and shipping areas using various conveyance methods (forklift, on foot, etc.). Use systems technology to input and retrieve inventory and parts data, and process material movements throughout the warehouse. Assess material needs for assigned production areas and pull required materials using system tools to support the production schedule. Resolve inventory errors through physical verification and systemic updates using warehouse systems. Adhere to all warehouse safety standards, including proper PPE usage. Maintain 5S standards to keep the work area clean, efficient, and organized. Demonstrate initiative and drive results in all assigned tasks. Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers. Support indirect material storage and logistics needs across internal teams. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure parts are delivered accurately and on time to general assembly and base operations customers. Qualifications Bachelor's with 2 to 4 years of experience or HS Degree or GED with 4 to 6 years of experience User level computer knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) Experience with SAP is a plus Good communication skills both written and oral Ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties on time. Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment. Ability to lift upto 50 lbs. Ability to quickly problem solve and deliver on high pressure situations. Possess a "get it done" attitude and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasks. Ability to successfully collaborate between the warehouse and production teams and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state in which the role is based, and acceptable driving record. Pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen. Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy. Day 1
