Inventory Control Lead Sierra Staffing Group Sparks, NV Job Details Full-time $25.50 - $26.00 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication English Full Job Description Sierra Staffing Group is seeking an Inventory Control Lead and Specialist for our rapidly growing client in USA Pkwy. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience and have a working knowledge of Logistics/Supply Chain ERP Systems. Responsibilities Preform cycle counts and 100% inventories to confirm ERP and physical inventories are in synchronization. Monitor email for advisements of shipments coming in or going out Create pre-alerts in ERP system based upon carrier/client advisements During the inbound receiving process, confirm all the documentation is correct and matches the pre-alert documents.
IE:
BOL, Manifest, PN, Load Number, Quantities, and Descriptions all match the documents Create the pick sheets in ERP for outbound shipments per client advisement and instruction Work with the warehouse operators to pull the shipments and pre-stage for collection Confirm all commodities are pulled correctly, part numbers and quantities match the client's shipment request Confirm collection details with the clients and carriers Create the pack sheets in ERP for outbound shipments per client advisement and instruction Confirm the drivers load number & documents match what they are collecting and confirm that the correct shipments are being loaded onto the carrier's truck Finalize shipment same day or within the first 2 hours of the following day to release inventory from ERP stock. Skills High School Diploma/GED Logistics/Supply Chain experience Working knowledge of ERP Systems Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Written and verbal communication skills Must read and speak English Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
