We are hiring Seasonal Tires Associates to support our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals seeking short‑term, full‑time, seasonal work. The Tires Associates are responsible for all tire-specific receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, and packing functions within the distribution center. This position requires advanced physical capability, high accuracy, mastery of safety practices, and a strong understanding of distribution processes. Tires Associates operate independently with minimal supervision, troubleshoot minor workflow issues, maintain strong productivity and accuracy standards, and play a key role in maintaining departmental flow. Key Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads tire trucks, verifying quantities against delivery receipts and reports irregularities
• Prepares and labels tires according to company standards
• Stocks tires in designated racks using proper rotation and storage methods
• Picks tires accurately based on documentation, ensuring SKU and quality accuracy
• Packs tires according to company guidelines, ensuring safe and compliant transport
• Supports reporting, quality checks, and departmental workflow coordination
• Demonstrates reliability and adheres to all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Operates distribution equipment safely when certified (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
• Follows SOPs consistently within assigned work areas and seeks clarification when needed
• Works collaboratively with team members and communicates effectively
• Maintains strict confidentiality
• Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned
