During our busiest season, our distribution teams play a critical role in keeping customers moving. We are hiring Seasonal Tires Associates to support our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals seeking short‑term, full‑time, seasonal work. The Tires Associates are responsible for all tire-specific receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, and packing functions within the distribution center. This position requires advanced physical capability, high accuracy, mastery of safety practices, and a strong understanding of distribution processes. Tires Associates operate independently with minimal supervision, troubleshoot minor workflow issues, maintain strong productivity and accuracy standards, and play a key role in maintaining departmental flow. Key Responsibilities
  • Loads and unloads tire trucks, verifying quantities against delivery receipts and reports irregularities
  • Prepares and labels tires according to company standards
  • Stocks tires in designated racks using proper rotation and storage methods
  • Picks tires accurately based on documentation, ensuring SKU and quality accuracy
  • Packs tires according to company guidelines, ensuring safe and compliant transport
  • Supports reporting, quality checks, and departmental workflow coordination
  • Demonstrates reliability and adheres to all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Operates distribution equipment safely when certified (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
  • Follows SOPs consistently within assigned work areas and seeks clarification when needed
  • Works collaboratively with team members and communicates effectively
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned
