Schedule:
Mon-Fri In-Office Only Salary:
$23-27 per hour, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate + benefits
Type:
Direct Hire Key Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate daily LTL and dedicated truck shipments using logistics platforms, carrier portals, and email. Oversee inbound/outbound workflows and ensure 100% accuracy of BOLs and shipping documents. Liaison with carriers, brokers, and production teams to secure rates and ensure on-time pick-ups. Book, track, and log shipments in the computer system; provide updates to customers and managers. Document and file freight claims for damaged, lost, or delayed shipments. Qualifications & Skills Proven background in logistics/warehouse office roles, specifically with LTL freight scheduling and routing. Comfortable working in an office located directly inside an active, fast-paced industrial warehouse. Strong verbal/written skills for daily contact with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and clients. Proficient with computers, logistics software, carrier portals, and MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $27.00
