I-Pack Express: Truck Operation Bookkeeping Clerk

Job Overview I-Pack Express is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cargo Operation Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and the overall financial health of our cargo operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cargo operations and practices preferably in an Import Export environment. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic logistics environment, contributing to efficient cargo management and financial accuracy. Duties Manage and record all financial transactions related to cargo operations using QuickBooks Reconcile bank statements and perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Maintain detailed records of cargo-related expenses and revenues for audit purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to improve bookkeeping processes Requirements Ability to communicate and recieve instructions in English. Effecient in excuting tasks in fast paced environment Proven experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite. Strong understanding of bookkeeping, general ledger reconciliation, and financial concepts. Experienced in truck operational bookeeping environments preferred. Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate financial records. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare comprehensive reports. Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and support audit processes.
