Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect and summarize frontline requirements, assess the alignment between requirements and processes, integrate requirements, and provide value-added solutions along with SOP adjustments, 2. Lead the implementation of key product features, monitor and ensure launch effectiveness, and conduct project post-mortems; 3. Responsible for the productization of transit station management business, and organizing product requirements based on underlying business logic 4. Conduct regular summaries and analyses of system issues to drive iterative optimization of the system. 5. Regularly stay updated on changes in terminal operational processes, design and communicate the digitalization of these processes, and develop product solutions accordingly Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics management or related fields; with 2-3 years of experience in logistics distribution management or site operation management; 2. Possesses rigorous logical thinking, strong summarization and distillation skills, and excels in cross-departmental communication; 3. Be familiar with the last-mile parcel delivery business and processes, and have a strong sensitivity to business productization; 4. Possess a certain level of data analysis capability, capable of identifying issues through data and formulating solutions to drive resolution.
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
