Job Description
Buyer
The Intercompany Supply Planner will manage the end-to-end intercompany planning and subcontracting activities required to support Ceres production and customer delivery. You will act as the operational link between Ceres Encompix, SAP and Kinaxis, ensuring that demand is propagated to intercompany supplying sites, materials are available for production, subcontracting transactions are executed correctly, and finished-goods supply commitments are visible and actively managed.
Main Responsiblities:
Demand & supply planning Monitor customer orders, forecasts and planning signals through SAP Plant 3068 and Kinaxis
Translate finished-goods demand into actionable requirements for CERES and intercompany sites
Review demand, supply, inventory, backlog and constraints; identify delivery risk and recommend priorities or recovery actions
Maintain clear visibility of plan, gaps, decisions, owners and due dates for supply reviews Intercompany flow Manage intercompany required supply
Follow purchase requisitions in SAP
Confirm dates, expedite shortages, maintain accurate order information and coordinate receipt with supplying sites and CERES teams
Escalate unresolved risks with clear customer, inventory and operational impact Subcontracting & inventory execution Coordinate subcontracting activities between SAP plants and CERES Encompix workflows
Monitor material availability, issues, subcontract inventory, finished-goods receipt and transaction completion
Support reconciliation of system and physical inventory; investigate discrepancies and drive ownership to closure Systems & process integration Perform and coordinate operational activities across SAP, Encompix and Kinaxis
Ensure system signals, transactions and physical movements remain aligned through each process hand-off
Document standard work, controls and role responsibilities; support testing, stabilization, training and adoption
Identify recurring process or system gaps and coordinate corrective action Analytics & data governance Leverage reporting for demand, supply, shortages, open orders, inventory and delivery performance
Use data to prioritize exceptions, identify root causes and recommend improvements
Monitor planning-relevant data quality and coordinate resolution of issues affecting material masters, BOMs, sourcing information and planning parameters
Translate system information into operational recommendations
To succeed, you will need
Business Knowledge, Educational Background and Work Experience:
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Responsive to deadlines
Ability to understand the supply planning processes and interfaces with other systems and data sources
Experience in supply planning, materials planning, operational procurement, production planning or a comparable end-to-end supply chain role
Understanding of MRP, inventory management, intercompany supply, order execution and manufacturing material flows
Data analytical capabilities, root cause investigation and corrective action formulation, supported by continuous improvement techniques
Drive for continuous improvement and willingness to engage in process and systems development and change
Education Level:
Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant Previous Experience:
Intermediate use of planning and reporting systems Other Soft Skills and Knowledge Experience working across functions, sites or ERP environments; engineered-to-order, project-based or subcontracting exposure is advantageous.

$33.00-$38.00/ per hour Job location
