Job Profile Summary Job Profile SummaryAccounts for and records the receipt of merchandise adhering to documented work instructions and Drug Enforcement Administration guidelines. Job Description Job DescriptionPrimary Job Duties & Responsibilities Assists with routine tasks and technical support activities for the Distribution area under general supervision. Communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams. Collects feedback from distribution staff across the department to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs. Documents the receipt of control drugs and cooler drugs and verifies the number of cartons and pallets in each delivery. Maintains receiving operations in the distribution department; organizes RX shipments according to classifications set by the pharmaceutical industry. Communicates with leaders on RX inventory levels and determines the logistics of replacing high demand prescriptions. Monitors incoming invoices within the distribution department to resolve discrepancies within orders. Defines a scalable distribution network for materials and RX goods to support business and growth objectives. Organizes the receiving department to handle large volumes of activity to meet the distribution demands of organization. Performs audits on receiving operations to identify areas where process improvements can be integrated into operations. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior Relevant Work Experience 0-1 year Essential Qualifications Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $25.65This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
