  • 11:30 PM Position Summary The Customer Logistics Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between customers, carriers, and warehouse operations to ensure the accurate and timely movement of products.
This position supports daily logistics activities through order management, shipment coordination, inventory monitoring, and customer communication while maintaining a high level of service and operational efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and customer portals. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and carrier appointments. Enter, maintain, and verify order, inventory, and shipping information within warehouse management and customer systems. Communicate shipment status, delivery updates, and issue resolution to customers and internal teams. Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), and support Advance Shipping Notifications (ASNs). Monitor inventory and assist with inventory-related inquiries and research. Partner with warehouse personnel and transportation providers to ensure customer requirements are met. Follow established operating procedures, inventory control processes, and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support daily operations. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and customer portals is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Primarily office-based with frequent interaction within a warehouse environment. Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Occasional lifting of office materials or supplies up to 25 pounds. Ability to walk throughout the warehouse as needed to support operations. Exposure to moderate to high noise levels and moving equipment within the warehouse environment. Must be able to work safely around warehouse machinery and equipment. Why Join Us?
