Analyzes sales data, monitors inventory, creates reports for company managers, and works to improve the accuracy of demand forecasts. May coordinate demand planning with sales, production or logistics departments.

Cincinnati, Ohio What's the Job? Manage order entry, production scheduling, and inventory allocation to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Leverage ERP systems to produce, analyze reports, and support KPI tracking for operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to align production schedules with capacity and customer commitments. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead or participate in Kaizen events to enhance processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for tolling customers on daily operational matters, including scheduling and issue resolution. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments or contract manufacturing. Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Business Central, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills to influence and build relationships across departments.
