Logistics Maintenance Support Specialist Reports to: Logistics Team Lead•
Fleet Maintenance Facility Facility:
Fleet Maintenance (6651 Baertown Rd., Dover, OH 44622)
Hours:
Monday•Friday, 7:00am•3:30pm Job Summary This position plays a key role in supporting the ProVia fleet through maintenance coordination, driver and mechanic support, and equipment service scheduling. It serves as a central point of communication across phone, email, and in person interactions, balancing hands on coordination with day to day administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and teamwork are essential. Candidate must uphold and represent ProVia's Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values. What You Will Do Provide on-route phone support to all ProVia drivers, both over the phone and via email. Coordinate with external service providers to ensure ProVia's fleet is serviced and maintained. Manage incoming DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports) and create corresponding work orders within our fleet maintenance software. Schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM's) to ensure equipment is maintained properly. Communicate and follow up with drivers when work on their equipment is completed. Strive to conduct yourself in a manner that aligns with ProVia's mission, vision, & values. Other administrative duties as assigned. What We Are Looking for Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time, and maintain work responsibilities within a high traffic, fast-paced environment. Comfort and experience working with computers•including the daily use of programs such as Outlook, Excel and our fleet maintenance software. Excitement and willingness to contribute to a team (you will work alongside a small team in an open environment). Mechanical knowledge or prior experience working in a service shop is welcome but not required. Commitment to living out ProVia's mission•"To Serve, by caring for details in ways others won't." Physical Requirements This is an office position so you will be required to work in an office environment for 8 hours a day.
