Epitec is seeking to support the largest U.S. automaker by hiring a Production Control Coordinator for its manufacturing operations in Lima, OH . This role is responsible for production control, materials planning, inventory management, customer shipment prioritization, and ensuring uninterrupted part flow throughout manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Production Control, Materials Management, SAP, MRP, and manufacturing operations .

Bachelors Degree Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in Production Control or Materials Management within a manufacturing environment Responsibilities Review daily inventory levels and identify potential critical shortages. Monitor part status and shipment requirements for all customers. Analyze and coordinate expedited shipments when necessary. Prioritize customer shipments based on production needs. Generate shipping documentation and pick lists. Create and manage loading matrices for transportation planning. Monitor railcar utilization, shipping volume, and rack inventory. Coordinate production scheduling and changeovers to protect customer requirements. Review customer cumulative (CUM) discrepancies and resolve issues. Investigate and respond to material shortages. Maintain customer communication regarding shipment status. Monitor production activity through PAARS and CMMS systems. Review future service part requirements and shipping progress.
