Job Responsibilities Provide customers with options for their expediting needs: quotes, set-up, updates and tracking Communicate effectively to partner carriers and customers throughout each load Make viable contacts with partner carriers and shippers to ensure a customer base outside of our core area Solicit new customers and business Maintain memos, emails, and other informational papers Job Requirements Goal orientated, organized, and aggressive Has the ability to achieve results under pressure Proficient in computers Excels in customer service and communication skills Build strong relationships with customers and partner carriers Shows exceptional customer service skills Experience with air charters and brokerage Familiarity with
USDOT, OSHA, FMCSR
Hazmat regulations is a plus
