We are seeking a Clinical Schedule Coordinator to support business operations for a medical systems client based in Mayfield, OH. This part-time role (28-30 hours per week, flexible day shift) is responsible for managing the scheduling of onsite customer training for new system turnovers, follow-ups, upgrades, and purchased training, while balancing cost-effective utilization of Clinical Applications staff. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of coordination and decision-making experience, excels in managing complex schedules with a high degree of accuracy, and communicates effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all training objectives are met.

Per Hour BOE Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain end-user scheduling processes in coordination with Sales, Service, and Applications teams. Communicate with internal and external customers to identify installation dates and align training program phases accordingly. Contact customers from new order reports to introduce them to the training program, directing them to the Education Center website to register for Phase 1 training and access relevant resource materials. Manage applications support scheduling for new equipment, ensuring training dates are optimally placed within pre- and post-installation timeframes and adjusting as requirements change. Balance utilization among Clinical Applications staff in a cost-effective manner, keeping specialists regionalized as frequently as possible. Maintain the training schedule with a high degree of detail and accuracy, incorporating all information specified by the manager. Resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly and escalate to the manager when appropriate, maintaining a high level of ongoing communication. Manage backlog by following up with customers who have available onsite follow-ups, scheduling them appropriately, and completing monthly backlog reports. Oversee post-training follow-ups to confirm that training objectives have been met and communicate any outstanding concerns to the manager. Support business needs outside of core responsibilities as directed by leadership relative to the market specialty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a coordinating and/or decision-making role. Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a complex, detail-intensive schedule. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for interaction with both internal teams and external customers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. High degree of flexibility and decisiveness with the ability to work independently without close supervision. Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and resolve satisfaction issues effectively. Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regularly required to talk or hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Specific vision abilities required include close vision due to sustained computer work. Light lifting may be required occasionally.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $30 to $36 per hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
