Full-Time | Temporary to Hire Position Summary The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing shipping and receiving documentation, maintaining accurate ERP records, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Route outbound LTL and FTL shipments using Worldwide Express. Schedule inbound LTL and FTL deliveries and coordinate appointment times with carriers. Prepare receiving paperwork and ensure all inbound documentation (packing slips, labels, placards, etc.) is complete before deliveries arrive. Maintain the dock schedule/calendar for inbound shipments. Create purchase receipts and receive inventory in the ERP system. Scan and attach receiving and shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, delivery notes, shipping paperwork, etc.) to ERP. Create Pick Lists, delivery notes, packing slips, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and other shipping documentation. Process UPS and LTL freight claims. Run inbound UPS reports and assist with shipping and receiving record accuracy. Process RGA (Return Goods Authorization) requests from start to finish, including receiving returns, identifying materials, updating the ERP system, coordinating with the warehouse for put-away, and communicating with Sales as needed. Troubleshoot shipping, receiving, and documentation issues with carriers and internal departments. Provide general administrative support for warehouse shipping and receiving operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous logistics, shipping, traffic, or warehouse coordination experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
