What You'll Do Serve as a primary customer contact—communicating via phone and electronic channels to schedule freight pick-up and delivery appointments. Accurately enter appointment times and shipment details into the AS400 system. Monitor customer websites/portals for updated load information. Calculate driving distances and estimate loading/unloading times to support efficient scheduling. Answer incoming calls professionally, providing information or routing callers as needed. Perform additional administrative tasks to support the Director of Customer Relations and overall daily operations. What You Bring Experience or working knowledge in transportation, logistics, or warehousing (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. One year or more of customer service or logistics-related experience preferred.
