Job Description

Job Title:
Planner Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Planner to play a crucial role in our supply chain team. The Planner will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring efficient distribution between our manufacturing plant and external warehouse. Responsibilities Cut purchase orders and manage vendor relationships. Plan and manage distribution orders between the manufacturing plant and the external warehouse. Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock and stockout situations. Coordinate with production and planning teams to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records and reporting using Excel and Tableau. Manage inventory within the ERP system (Infor M3 preferred, but SAP, Oracle, or others are acceptable). Essential Skills 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Working knowledge and experience managing inventory within an ERP system. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management is preferred but not required. Experience with Infor M3 is ideal, but experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is also acceptable. Excellent communication skills and a team player. Work Environment The role is based onsite in Solon, working as part of a dynamic team led by the Materials Manager. You will join a team of seven, becoming the eighth member, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Solon, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
