Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma/GED required Minimum two (2) years related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Ross ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems experience preferred Paint Experience is a plus. Qualifications Personable, outgoing communications and efficient time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Planning/detail-oriented organizational skills with ability to prioritize work activities to ensure timely completion; Customer service competency to respond promptly to internal/external requests for service and assistance; Ability to process, maintain, and disburse confidential and sensitive information; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with ability to learn and use specific ERP software and other manufacturing software systems relevant to financial and shipping processes; A Team mentality with ability to equitably coordinate, delegate, and monitor the work of others; Dependability to consistently be a work and on time with ability to work a flexible schedule as required; Close visual acuity, near/far vision, multiple limb coordination, and ability to sit for extended periods as needed; Light/medium (up to 20lbs) lifting capability. Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries. Prepare shipping documents, including bill of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and related documentation. Schedule outbound shipments with carriers and freight providers. Verify shipment accuracy and ensure products are packaged and labeled according to customer and company requirements. Maintain shipping records and update shipment information within ERP and other tracking systems. Communicate shipment status and delivery information to customers and internal departments. Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address delays or transportation issues. Process customer returns and coordinate replacement shipments when necessary. Assist with inventory transactions related to shipping and receiving activities. Benefits The company provides a range of employee benefits.
