Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage daily, weekly and yearly production schedules to support customer demand Understand the manufacturing process on assigned production lines to ensure schedule efficiency. Create and review capacity analysis to identify constraints or opportunities to better optimize planning Exhibit knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to apply these tools for planning purposes Maintain optimal inventory levels while supporting service excellence to our customers. Strong ability to interpret data to support decision-making Work through routine and non-routine situations in a fast-paced work environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter and resourceful individual Demonstrates ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams; team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor communication to the senior level management Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions on a limited set of data Ability to make executive decisions to protect business needs/strategies Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly based off business or management needs Other responsibilities as assigned
SELECTION CRITERIA
Education Bachelors Degree Required:
Supply Chain Management or equivalent preferred APICs certification a plus Experience 2-5 years of experience in production planning and/or supply chain or equivalent Project leadership preferred Operations experience preferred Other Ability to develop and recommend process, system improvements 2-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain planning, forecasting, business planning or related function Experience with advanced planning system Experience in business analytics and reporting tools Experience and functionality within Excel
