Duties Coordinate procurement activities by managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely purchasing aligned with surgery schedules. Oversee logistics operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of supplies and equipment. Manage supply chain documentation, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory records to maintain transparency and accuracy. Assist in developing sourcing strategies by evaluating suppliers' performance and supporting procurement negotiations to optimize costs and quality. Manage supply backorders, recalls and assist with arranging equipment repairs and loaners. Skills Experience with procurement processes including purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiations. Ability to analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvements. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including all areas of perioperative care.
