About the Role Join our team as a Commercial Transport Specialist, where you will serve as the primary link between our supply chain and our customers. You will utilize your professional driving expertise to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely transport of essential building materials, directly impacting the success of our construction projects. Responsibilities Execute safe and efficient transport of construction materials including lumber, drywall, and roofing supplies to various job sites. Manage the loading and unloading process to ensure cargo integrity and site readiness. Navigate diverse delivery routes while maintaining strict adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations. Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment reliability. Coordinate with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules and ensure high levels of service reliability. Maintain accurate delivery documentation to support seamless logistics operations. Qualifications Required Skills Valid CDL Class A or Class B license with Air Brakes endorsement. Proven ability to operate heavy commercial vehicles safely. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as bending and stooping. Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings. Preferred Skills Prior experience in construction material delivery or flatbed transport. Strong spatial awareness for maneuvering large vehicles in tight job site environments. Excellent time management skills and a commitment to professional reliability.
