Full-Time About Native Chemical Native Chemical is a rapidly growing oil and gas chemical company focused on delivering innovative chemical solutions, laboratory testing, and exceptional customer service to operators across the United States. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Chemical Logistics Coordinator to help keep our office and operations running efficiently. Position Summary The Chemical Logistics Coordinator will serve as the organizational hub of our field office, supporting multiple departments including operations, sales, engineering, and accounting. This individual will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing office operations, processing invoices, communicating across teams, and ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Because our customers operate around the clock, this position requires flexibility to support evening, weekend, and holiday operations as business demands require. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of their work. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist with customer communication and follow-up
  • Prepare, process, and track invoices and purchase orders
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory of office materials
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages and laboratory samples
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries, pickups, and field logistics
  • Communicate between operations, laboratory, accounting, sales, engineering, and management teams
  • Organize digital and physical files and maintain company records
  • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Be available to support weekend, holiday, and after-hours logistics and operational needs as required.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
  • Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative, office management, executive assistant, or operations support experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling confidential information Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Inventory and office supply management
  • Oil and gas industry experience is a plus but not required Benefits
