Global Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist Muskogee, OK 100% Onsite About the Role Aston Carter is seeking a Global Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist to support shipping, inventory, and fulfillment operations for a growing manufacturing organization in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are shipped accurately, inventory is maintained properly, and customer orders are fulfilled on time. This role offers a unique blend of office and operational responsibilities, with time split between the office environment and the manufacturing/warehouse floor. The ideal candidate enjoys being hands-on, collaborating with multiple departments, and driving logistics processes from production through final delivery. Responsibilities + Coordinate and execute shipping schedules to support customer delivery requirements. + Review production schedules and align shipping activities with operational priorities. + Manage inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records. + Support order fulfillment activities by ensuring products are allocated and shipped according to customer requirements. + Create and maintain shipping documentation, freight records, and inventory reports. + Schedule freight pickups and coordinate transportation activities with carriers and logistics providers. + Track shipments and proactively address delivery delays or transportation issues. + Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and completeness. + Maintain accurate finished goods reporting and inventory traceability. + Perform data entry and transaction processing within ERP systems and other business tools. + Collaborate with warehouse, production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow. + Communicate shipment status, delivery schedules, and order updates to internal stakeholders. + Prioritize workload independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization. Qualifications + High school diploma or GED required. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination. + Experience coordinating freight shipments and working with transportation providers. + Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications + Experience using ERP systems. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. + Experience working in a manufacturing environment. + Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes. + Experience coordinating inventory movements and order fulfillment activities. Work Environment + 100% onsite position in Muskogee, Oklahoma. + Split time between an office environment and the manufacturing/warehouse floor. + Frequent interaction with logistics, production, warehouse, and operations teams. + Active manufacturing and warehouse setting with exposure to equipment traffic, material movement, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels. + Hands-on role requiring regular presence on the production floor to coordinate shipments, inventory movements, and fulfillment activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Muskogee, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
