Raw Materials Coordinator

Overview As a Raw Materials Coordinator will be responsible for ordering the raw materials and other supplies components required for manufacturing. You will manage purchase orders from initial quote to final delivery. Will ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, production teams, Quality Control and logistics, fueling our commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities Process purchasing request within allocated timelines for raw material/components. Confirm all purchased material meet supplier and materials specification requirements. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order accuracy, delivery schedules, and contract compliance Oversee logistics and warehouse operations to ensure efficient materials handling, storage, and distribution Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance for continuous improvement. Skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production control systems Strong understanding of procurement processes, purchasing procedures, and supplier management. Ability to read drawings, layouts and blueprints required. Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and materials management techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve production control issues. Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines. Working knowledge of

AS9100, DFARS, ITAR, ISO9001

manufacturing standards. Teamwork and cooperation - be part of the team and work together. Excellent computer skills. Excellent communication skills for managing supplier relationships Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and supply chain optimization strategies. Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
