Highlights of the Production Planner Role Monday-Friday schedule Stable manufacturing environment Collaborative team atmosphere Opportunity to grow within operations and planning Competitive pay and benefits package Responsibilities of the Production Planner Coordinate daily and weekly production activities to support customer deadlines Create and maintain manufacturing schedules and planning reports Monitor inventory levels and material availability to support production flow Communicate with operations, customer support, and warehouse teams regarding schedule updates and priorities Track work-in-process and production status updates Assist in resolving scheduling, inventory, and workflow challenges Prepare and review production-related documentation and data reports Support continuous workflow improvements and operational efficiency initiatives #Lancaster10 Qualifications for the Production Planner Previous experience in manufacturing, production coordination, scheduling, or planning preferred Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Preferred Background for the Production Planner Manufacturing or production environment experience Exposure to scheduling, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred but not required EOE
