6- months contract

BASIC FUNCTION

Primary functions included but are not limited to establishment of production scheduled based on a forecast of major equipment or groups of select items. Schedules reflected into MRP module as input and inventory replenishment orders approved as output. Other functions include maintaining major equipment records, publish shop related reports, monitor activity of critical inventory items, etc

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inputs and reviews MRP runs. Reviews daily shortage-takes action. Prepares reports on critical items. Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

QUALIFICATION

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Requires an associate's degree in business or completed course in Production and Inventory control or equivalent and/or college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two to three years shop experience, one to two years PC planner experience, and one to two years scheduling experience required. Experience with Lotus or equal type spreadsheets necessary.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficiency in M S Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.
