Job Description

Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual. In this role you will handle administrative tasks, create freight bills, track shipments, coordinate with drivers, and ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and filed correctly. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties Oversee and coordinate transportation planning, including freight scheduling and dispatching, to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Answering telephone, emails, operational knowledge with customer specific transportation management systems Modes of business - Truckload, oversized shipments, JIT, LTL Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative office role Proficient in Microsoft Office, computer skills, and phone management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and external partners This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to advance their career in logistics by applying their technical expertise and operational insight.
