Overview Inter-Company Customer Service & Production Planner Are you a relationship builder who loves turning moving parts into a clear plan? Join Morgan as the link between our inter-company customers and manufacturing teams—keeping orders, inventory, schedules, and commitments moving in the right direction. Responsibilities What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact between inter-company customers and facility teams. Prepare quotes and manage order entry, acknowledgments, and follow-up. Build achievable production schedules around demand, capacity, materials, and lead times. Monitor inventory, replenishment needs, forecasts, and delivery commitments. Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing to resolve issues. Identify demand and capacity conflicts early and help drive solutions. Use ERP planning messages and production data to keep priorities aligned. Qualifications What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service, planning, or manufacturing experience. Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and follow-through. Confidence working across departments and building lasting customer relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Bachelor's degree, CPIM certification, or five years of manufacturing experience preferred.
