full-time Position Summary The Logistics & Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing purchasing activities, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting overall supply chain operations. This role works closely with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure materials and products are delivered on time and within budget. (Easton, PA 18045) Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders. Coordinate shipments and track deliveries. Maintain vendor relationships and resolve supply issues. Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning. Ensure accurate records of purchasing, inventory, and logistics activities. Prepare reports and assist with process improvement initiatives. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
