Job Title:

Business Channel BD Specialist Job Responsibilities 1、

Existing Supplier Relationship Management:

Conduct regular business communications with current suppliers, monitor key metrics including logistics timeliness, transportation costs, and service quality. Resolve various issues arising from cooperation promptly to ensure stable and efficient supply chain operations. 2、

New Supplier Development & Expansion:

Proactively identify potential supplier resources in the U.S. market, conduct rigorous qualification screenings and evaluations, and establish long-term, stable cooperative relationships. 3、

Supplier File Management:

Build and improve a comprehensive supplier database based on changes in the company's shipment volume. Update supplier information in real time and conduct regular assessments and eliminations of suppliers. 4、

New Warehouse Site Planning & Support:

Collect and analyze industry data and market information to provide forward-looking data-driven recommendations for the company's new warehouse development. Assist in the planning and construction of warehouses. 5、

Other Duties:

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors on time and with high quality. Job Requirements 1、

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred. 2、

Language & Qualifications:

Valid U.S. visa; English as the primary working language. 3、

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics channel management with in-depth knowledge of the international logistics market. 4、

Competencies:

Strong capabilities in supplier development and management, data analysis, and market research. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
