We are looking for opportunities to expand our presence and grow and support the communities we serve. About the Role We're hiring a Community Outreach Coordinator — and this one's a fun one. This role is all about finding opportunities to engage, sponsor, participate, and build our brand — both out in the community and online, right here in Castle Pines, Greenwood Village, Parker, and Centennial. We provide the vision and direction, and the right person takes it and runs with it every week, finding new and exciting ways to put us in front of the people we serve. We're looking for the right person who thrives in this every day and wants to turn it into something meaningful. Responsibilities Build relationships through local events, sponsorships, and community partnerships Seek out new ways to grow our presence in the community and online Represent our brand at local events and gatherings Set and manage your own schedule around the opportunities you find Qualifications We are looking for a candidate that is established and connected within the communities we serve, must live in Castle Pines, Greenwood Village, Parker, Centennial or an adjacent community Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Digital engagement experience required Schedule Flexible, part-time hours — you find the opportunities and build your schedule around it.
