Construction/Transportation Administrative Coordinator/Hybrid Position Contract Position:

Location:
Norfolk, VA or surrounding areas Hybrid Position
•Remote/Onsite 1-2 times a month Reports to and assists Redlines Production manager to ensure time and cost tracking and reporting to upper management and to ensure on time/budget delivery. Duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: Own and update a log of all construction records documentation related to redlines drawing's production of the relevant as-built drawing's package/s. Maintenance of the log should include: Review and filter Construction record's documents to determine if the records shall be included (Have an impact) or not in the as-built Redline production. Impact on other packages other than the one directly affected by the record document. And ensure communicating the impact to other team members responsible for that package/s. Liaise with service providers to ensure the following: Provide them with information needed for their Redlines production in a timely manner. Resolve their queries and track their progress. If comments result from
DJV / VDOT
of produced Redlines, communicate the comments with the originating party and ensure necessary rectifications are performed in a timely manner. Liaise with Doc control to correct / complete meta data fields in ACONEX if any. Liaise with HRCP teams to obtain information necessary for Redlines production Mark-up fieldwire with any missing construction records document. Review as-built Redlines drawings received from service providers ensuring all field changes have been captured in the drawing's set before dispatch to DJV or VDOT.
