Inventory & Logistics Coordinator About Secondhand Mods Secondhand Mods is an online watch-parts supplier specializing in OEM and aftermarket Seiko watch parts. As our name suggests, our parts are primarily sourced from individual modders and hobbyists. We also sell a small line of new parts under our own brand, called the Permanent Collection. We operate out of Oakland, California.
Job Type:
30 to 40 hours a week. Requirements You must be 18 or older and based in the Bay Area. Available 5 days a week to work in office (this role does not offer remote working). Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred. The role is contingent upon passing a background check What we're looking for: A driven individual who's interested in helping an early-stage business grow and has a passion for watches. We're looking for part-time help to: Help manage the day-to-day requirements of the office space Supply restocking Organizing and maintaining storage systems Inventory management and order fulfillment Cataloging inventory Packing customer orders What You'll Bring Positive attitude and willingness to learn Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with watches and watch parts Keen eye for organization and detail Compensation $22.5/hour Store discounts
