We specialize in reliable truckload solutions across the Midwest and beyond. We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to support day-to-day operations and help us deliver excellent service to our customers and carriers. Key Responsibilities Build and post loads in our TMS Track shipments end-to-end and provide proactive updates to customers Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and resolve issues with carriers and shippers Collect and manage required paperwork (BOLs, proofs of delivery, invoices, etc.) Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and carriers throughout the life of each load Growth Opportunity High performers who show strong communication skills, reliability, and interest in the business will have the opportunity to grow into brokerage and sales activities. This includes the chance to independently broker loads, negotiate rates, build carrier relationships, and/or support customer development — with the ability to earn a meaningful percentage of the gross margin on loads you help generate.
