This contract supports U.S. Central Command's theater-level planning mission by providing experienced professionals who develop strategies, campaign plans, operational orders, assessments, and coordination products that integrate military, interagency, allied, and partner-nation activities throughout the

area of responsibility.
Position Summary:
Leads strategic logistics planning, sustainment analysis, running estimates, requirements review support, and logistics integration into
USCENTCOM
plans and orders. Primary Responsibilities Develop logistics plans, exercises, and training using JOPP and Joint Publications 4-0 and 5-0. Synchronize logistics planning with
USCENTCOM
components, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, OSD, Defense Logistics Agency, and federal partners. Provide sustainment and logistics expertise to planning teams and
USCENTCOM
staff. Collaborate with CCJ4 on strategic and regional logistics concerns. Develop logistics analyses, estimates, exercise objectives, recommendations, briefings, and draft products. Advise on JOPP, JOPES, APEX, and Joint Doctrine. Write logistics equities and tasks into plans and orders and maintain the theater logistics running estimate. Track

Requirements Review Process projects and prepare review-board products while coordinating with components, CF-KSA, host nation, Joint Staff, and DoD. Coordinate FOIA requests and MDRs for designated CCJ5 files. Safeguard classified and unclassified Government information, property, controlled forms, facilities, equipment, and materials. Maintain Government records separately from company records and comply with applicable federal records, FOIA, Privacy Act, DoD, and

requirements. Perform work to the PWS quality standards and correct identified product deficiencies within applicable performance thresholds. Support required contract deliverables and provide products to the designated government task lead, COR, or alternate COR through approved

channels. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of the Joint Logistics Course or equivalent program. At least 5 years of strategic logistics planning experience. At least 3 years of experience at a Geographic or Functional Combatant Command headquarters. Bachelor's degree. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Skills, knowledge, training, current certifications, and licenses necessary to perform the assigned PWS services. Common Access Card eligibility and completion of required Information Assurance training and the
