Hybrid, 9pm-5:30am, Monday-Friday, Overtime is available
Pay Range:
$33.21 per hour
Job Description:
Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Management / Operations Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by ensuring material availability and inventory accuracy. This role partners closely with Operations and Supply Management teams to schedule, coordinate, and control inventory while maintaining production flow through effective planning and material management. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations and possess a strong customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage production material availability to ensure materials are scheduled and delivered to work centers on time. Utilize SAP or equivalent MRP systems to support material planning, inventory control, and production scheduling activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient supply chain and manufacturing operations. Analyze inventory and supply data, identify potential issues, and proactively drive process improvements. Support production operations by tracking material requirements, inventory levels, and scheduling needs. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in resolving material shortages or supply disruptions. Demonstrate strong customer service by supporting internal stakeholders and responding to operational needs. Required Qualifications Experience in Supply Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Control, or a related field. Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, material flow, and supply chain processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or other MRP/ERP systems. Previous or current military experience. Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations. Desired Attributes Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven. Shift:
9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Flexibility required to support changing business demands, including overtime and weekend work as needed. Typical work weeks may range from 50 hours, with shifts commonly extending 8-10 hours per day.
