40.0 Overview Support material planning, MRP stability, and ECO cutovers by coordinating supply, demand, and material master data across manufacturing operations while driving inventory accuracy, planning alignment, and material availability. Responsibilities Coordinate ECO releases, material planning, and cutovers to reduce E&O risk and support production schedules. Audit and maintain Material Master, yield, scrap, and
SAP PPDS/MDG
configuration through ERP change processes. Monitor MRP stability, perform weekly MRP reviews, allocate shared components, and run material availability simulations. Coordinate material planning for new materials, part revisions, SIOP scenarios, and APM management across business units. Identify root causes affecting inventory health and implement corrective actions for material planning exceptions. Requirements Experience with MRP and SAP software. Understanding of change control processes. Strong forecasting and analytics skills. Minimum 10 years of experience in a progressive manufacturing environment. Four-year degree preferred in Business Management, Logistics, or Engineering; APICS and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
