Job Description
Network Release Manager, Enterprise Payment Debit (Hybrid)

- The Enterprise Payments Debit team manages the complex ecosystem of suppliers, systems, and processes that put our Debit and ATM cards in the hands of our customers and ensure that every dip, tap, swipe, or online transaction gets processed quickly and securely.

- The Role
- As a Network Release Manager for Debit networks, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Capital One internal Debit stakeholders, Debit Processor release management resources, and network release management subject matter experts to ensure flawless delivery of quarterly EFT network releases.
- General Responsibilities
- + Accountable for the successful end-to-end coordination and implementation of quarterly Debit network releases + Partner with networks to ensure timely receipt of quarterly network release requirements + Facilitate deep dive sessions with networks and Capital One stakeholders to assess business and technical impacts and formulate a perspective on desired implementation of mandated and optional release components + Coordinate discussions between Capital One and Debit Processor to align release intent and establish development, test, and production validation scope and schedule.
- The ideal candidate will have
- + Professional experience interacting with payment networks in a debit card or credit card processing environments
Location:
- This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually
- Basic Qualifications
- + High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification + At least 3 years of project or process management experience + At least 4 years of release management experience + At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Bachelor's Degree or Military experience + At least 5 years of experience in process or project management + At least 1 year of experience in payment network management or debit card transaction processing + At least 4 years of experience coordinating with external stakeholders + At least 2 years of experience utilizing Generative AI tools + PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile certification

$134,400- $153,300 for
Manager, Process Management Richmond, VA:
$122,100- $139,400 for
Manager, Process Management Wilmington, DE:
$122,100- $139,400 for Manager, Process Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
