We operate a premium stroller rental business serving families visiting Orlando theme parks. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help manage our daily fulfillment cycle. This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone looking for flexible work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Logistics & Coordination:
Manage daily stroller deliveries and keep our deliervy manifests optimized via Google Calendar.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect and double-check inventory (strollers/gear) to ensure they meet our luxury hospitality and safety standards before deployment. (We have a dedicated cleaning person, but you will be the final line of defense for quality control and will pitch in on prep when necessary).
Inventory Management:
Ensure minor gear adjustments are handled and logs are kept up to date.
What We Are Looking For:
Extreme reliability and a sharp eye for detail—nothing gets past you. Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills (a hospitality, hotel, or theme park background is a huge plus). A clean driving record and reliable personal transportation. Complete flexibility to work weekend shifts. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
