Supply Chain Associate Procurement Location:
New Albany, Ohio (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support procurement and inventory management activities that help keep materials, records, and supplier communication on track. This role plays an important part in maintaining supply reliability, supporting cross-functional work, and helping the team respond quickly to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, blanket orders, and related supply agreements with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-up. Place, expedite, and coordinate orders with suppliers while helping resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies. Support procurement of printed and packaging components, raw materials, materials, and services in line with company policies and procedures. Maintain purchasing documentation to cGMP standards, support audit readiness, and help track key performance metrics and operational data.
Required:
High school/GED plus 4 years of relevant work experience, or Associate's plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor's plus 6 months of relevant work experience. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and accurately, escalate issues as needed, and follow through. Proficiency using software applications, including SAP, Smartsheets, Microsoft Outlook, and potentially other systems. Ability to work with inbound vendor management of purchase orders and support both commercial manufacturing and offsite test material storage.
