The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily order processing, purchasing, inventory tracking, and logistics activities to support efficient warehouse operations and customer order fulfillment. This role serves as a key link between warehouse operations, customer service, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of supply chain processes.
Essential Functions :

Process and manage inbound customer orders from entry through shipment documentation and invoicing Support EDI workflows, including validation of transactions and basic troubleshooting within platforms such as SPS Commerce Monitor and manage EDI transactions including purchase orders (850), acknowledgments (855), ASNs (856), and invoices (810) Prepare routing details, ASNs, shipping documentation, labels, and invoices Create and manage purchase orders for replenishment and customer-driven inventory needs Track purchase orders from creation through shipment, receiving, and closure Communicate with vendors to obtain order updates, documentation, and resolve issues Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory availability and prevent disruption Monitor inventory levels, discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts and reconciliation activities Maintain accurate order and inventory data across ERP, WMS, and EDI/SPS Commerce systems Provide inventory updates to Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams Support warehouse operations as needed, including picking, packing, shipping and inventory put-away Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams Ensure all shipping, receiving, and purchasing documentation is complete and accurate Maintain compliance with customer routing guides, retailer requirements, and EDI standards Assist in resolving chargebacks or compliance issues related to EDI or shipping errors Prepare reports and dashboards related to inventory, open orders, and purchase orders Identify data discrepancies across ERP, WMS, and SPS Commerce and support resolution Recommend improvements to workflows and system usage to increase accuracy and efficiency Communicate effectively across departments to align on operational priorities
Competencies :
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong background and experience in Logistics and Order management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Working knowledge of ERP, WMS, and EDI systems (experience with SPS Commerce preferred) Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast paced environment

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. May drive forklift and lift/handle boxes up to 150 lbs. Could be required to use box cutters, tape guns or other warehouse tools.
Required Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, warehouse operations, or order processing Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems required Experience working with EDI platforms; SPS Commerce experience strongly preferred Understanding of inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes Strong computer skills, including
Microsoft Excel Additional Eligibility Qualifications :
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
