About Our Client This opportunity is with a small to medium high growth organization specializing in the cosmetics and beauty industry. The company focuses on delivering high-quality products and services, supported by a robust supply chain and procurement team, to meet the needs of its clients. Job Description As the Supply Planning Lead you will develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply chain operations. Monitor and analyze supply performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Manage inventory levels to minimize costs while maintaining service levels. Generate and present reports on supply chain metrics and performance to senior management. Support procurement activities, including supplier selection and relationship management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all supply chain processes. This role is hybrid on site two days a week in Culver City, CA. The Successful Applicant A successful Supply Planning Lead should have: Strong knowledge of supply planning and inventory management principles, particularly within the cosmetics industry. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools for planning and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operations. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid on site two days a week in Culver City, CA.
