• What's the Job?
• + Manage transportation operations across Unilever's factory network, ensuring optimal service and execution for customer shipments.

+ Partner with customers, warehouses, carriers, and logistics providers to support on-time delivery and operational excellence. + Monitor and balance key transportation KPIs to drive efficiency, improve service, and reduce costs. + Analyze transportation performance, identify trends and losses, and recommend solutions to improve network performance. + Leverage Excel, Power BI, and supply chain systems to create reporting, support decision-making, and communicate business insights. + Collaborate cross-functionally to develop distribution solutions that align customer needs with supply chain objectives.

• What's Needed?
• + •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• + •Minimum 2 years of logistics and supply chain experience (or 6 years of relevant experience•without•a Bachelor's degree).
• + •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, and integrated business systems.
• + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholder groups. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering results on time.
