Overview:

The 1st Shift Facilitator position plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing the costs associated with production processes. This role involves monitoring the production process and managing associates on 1st shift across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, leadership, and functionality skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage associates on 1st shift and ensure they are meeting production goals. Collaborate with 1st shift managers to manage process control and efficiency. Prepare detailed reports for upper leadership. Recommend strategies for cost reduction and process improvements. Maintain accurate records of all process issues and collaborate with other team members to resolve issues.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with various departments. This position is essential for ensuring that our production processes remain efficient while supporting the overall goals of the organization.
