POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for receiving, material handling, inventory transactions, and internal logistics support for ATM, COE, Etch/FPI, and other manufacturing departments. This position ensures incoming materials are accurately received, processed, stored, and delivered to the appropriate locations while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting uninterrupted production operations. PURPOSE
  • Ensure all inbound materials are accurately received and processed.
  • Support GBE, ATM, COE, and production operations through efficient material movement and inventory transactions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Process receipts accurately within the ERP system.
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, incorrect, or non-conforming materials.
  • Maintain receiving documentation and logs.
  • Transport materials between Receiving, GBE, ATM, COE, and production areas.
  • Check in and receive materials and parts for ATM and COE operations.
  • Issue materials and parts to ATM, COE, and Etch/FPI departments.
  • Conduct daily inventory verification of designated ATM inventories.
  • Transfer inventory and materials between COE and ATM.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions and location control.
  • Locate and manage material in MRB locations.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, palletizing, and staging materials.
  • Support annual physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
  • Adheres to quality processes including in-process visual inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Correctly interpret work instructions and verify documentation
  • Unload trucks
  • (Visual Inspection, Verification of received goods)
  • Prepare materials for inspections
  • Pull stock to prepare shipments
  • Palletize goods (banding, wrapping etc.)
  • Basic system transactions in QMS
  • Basic packaging tasks (weigh count, labeling, visual inspection etc.)
  • Part marking verification 9/2/26 Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic Excel/computer skills.
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs and work hands-on in manufacturing.
  • ITAR U.S.
    person eligibility and required documentation before physical start.
  • Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to inventory accuracy. SKILLS
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
  • Forklift and material handling equipment experience preferred.
