Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities Support transport coordination, including route planning, carrier selection, and shipment tracking, and oversee the customs clearance process execution, ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Manage day‑to‑day transportation activities, including expedite requests and spot‑quote coordination Handle transport efficiently, timely, and legally compliantly, collaborating with service provider and forwarder to meet requirements. Develop and document SOPs with carriers, including onboarding procedures and escalation workflows Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings. Establishment, implementation and monitoring of tranportation KPI's Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements Coordinate with external partners, such as freight forwarders and customs brokers, to facilitate smooth logistics operations. Monitor the performance of transport providers to ensure service quality. Collaborate with invoice auditors and carriers to resolve audit exceptions and approve compliant invoices Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, and/or a related field 1-3 years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics coordination Knowledge of transportation KPI development and performance monitoring Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems and SAP systems preferred Strong MS Excel skills for cost analysis and reporting Detail-oriented, strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost opportunities and process gaps Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset, able to work independently while also being a strong team collaborator Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, adapting to evolving industry trends, and technological advancements within transportation We look forward to your application.
