As a Receiving Inspector, you will inspect incoming materials, operate a forklift to manage inventory, maintain quality standards, and help improve receiving processes and department operations.

What We're Looking For:
Background in quality control or receiving is helpful No degree or specific number of years of experience required Ability to use a tape measure Familiarity with calipers is a plus Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work between an office environment and an outdoor yard in hot and cold conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated, high-energy approach with strong initiative Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to drive process improvements Eagerness to learn new codes, procedures, and processes What You'll Do as a
Receiving Inspector:
Inspect and triage incoming shipments to ensure materials meet established quality standards Prioritize daily receiving and inspection activities Operate a forklift to offload trucks, move stock, and locate materials throughout the yard Split time between office responsibilities and outdoor material-handling activities Take a self-directed leadership role within the two-person department Help rebuild, strengthen, and improve department operations Identify inefficiencies and recommend or implement positive process changes Maintain high standards for accuracy, quality, and organization MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
