Job Description
II-1. General Description 1) Responsible for planning production to meet customer requirements while adhering to standard base stock targets and utilizing SL Sequential Production principles (Maximize outputs while minimizing inputs). II-2. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1) Inventory Management for 1,805 In-house Part Numbers (Root cause analysis & improvement plans) 2) Manpower Utilization Planning & Coordinating Daily Headcount Requirements with the Production Supervisors 3) Creating Production Plan to Meet Customer Requirements (Daily à Monthly à Yearly) 4) Coordinate Machinery & Tooling Preventative Maintenance Schedules with the Engineering Team 5) Create, Maintain, and Update SAP/MES Work Centers, Part Info, MBOM, Routing, and Sequencing 6) Coordinate New Program Production Planning with Production, Launch, and Costing to meet CIS targets 7) Actively Participate in
